In 1 Peter 4 Vs 1-6, Peter calls believers to live with the mind of Christ in a world that often pulls in the opposite direction. Following Jesus means being ready to suffer rather than compromise, making a clear break with the old life, and living with eternity in view. The Christian life is not about chasing comfort or approval, but about living the rest of our time for the will of God.
